The Three Stages
The tournament will unfold in three stages, each presenting its own set of challenges and opportunities for the competing teams. These stages are the League Stage, Playoffs, and the ultimate Grand Finals.
Launch Week (Aug 4-6)
The BGMI Masters Series Season 2 commences with the Launch Week, spanning three exhilarating days of fierce competition. During this phase, the 24 teams will be divided into three groups, clashing against each other in intense matches. The points accumulated by each team during this week will significantly impact their standings in the upcoming League Stage. Each team will participate in a total of six matches, with three matches held daily.
League Week 1 (Aug 7-10)
Following the Launch Week, the 24 teams will enter League Week 1, where their performance during the previous phase will determine their seeding into three groups. Across four days, each team will engage in eight matches, striving to secure a spot among the top 16 teams that will advance to Super Weekend 1. Super Weekend 1 (Aug 11-13)

The points accumulated during this phase will significantly contribute to the Overall Leaderboard standings. The top four teams at the end of Super Weekend 1 will earn a direct slot in Super Weekend 2 but will still need to participate in League Week 2.
League Week 2 (Aug 14-17)
League Week 2 mirrors League Week 1, consisting of a four-day battle where the top 12 teams from the round-robin matches will progress to Super Weekend 2.
Super Weekend 2 (Aug 18-20)
Super Weekend 2 gathers the top 12 teams from League Week 2 and the top four teams from Super Weekend 1 in an intense showdown. The points earned during this phase will hold immense significance in determining the Overall Leaderboard standings.
The Road to the Grand Finals
After Super Weekend 2, the top four teams in the overall standings will proceed directly to the BGMS Season 2 Grand Finals. Teams ranked 5th to 20th will compete in the Playoffs, while the bottom four teams (21st to 24th) will be eliminated from the tournament.
Playoffs (Aug 22-23)
The Playoffs will take place on the 22nd and 23rd of August, where 16 teams will fiercely battle for the final 12 spots in the prestigious Grand Finals.
Grand Finals (Aug 25-27)
The Grand Finals will witness a grand spectacle, featuring the top four teams from the League Stage and the top twelve teams from the Playoffs competing in 12 intense matches.
