WPL 2023 Schedule, Teams, Venue, Players List: The schedule for the Women’s Premier League (WPL) 2023 was revealed by the BCCI on February 14, 2023, after the conclusion of the WPL auction. The tournament will feature five franchises: Mumbai Indians, Gujarat Giants, Delhi Capitals, UP Warriorz, and Royal Challengers Bangalore.

The first match of the WPL will take place on March 4, with Mumbai Indians facing off against Gujarat Giants at the DY Patil Stadium in Mumbai.

The WPL final will be played at the Brabourne Stadium on March 26. A total of 87 players were acquired by the franchises, including 30 overseas players who will participate in the league.

The schedule for the 2023 Women’s Premier League (WPL) has been announced by the BCCI and will feature five franchises: Mumbai Indians, Gujarat Giants, Delhi Capitals, UP Warriorz, and Royal Challengers Bangalore.

The WPL will kick off on March 4 with Mumbai Indians taking on Gujarat Giants at the DY Patil Stadium in Mumbai and will culminate with the final on March 26 at the Brabourne Stadium.

Stars and fans all seem to be pretty excited about the event. Indian Wicketkeeper-batsman Dinesh Karthik has tweeted in support of the RCB team selection.

The tournament will feature 4 double-header days, with the first match starting at 3:30 PM IST and the evening matches starting at 7:30 PM IST. 11 matches each will be played at the DY Patil and Brabourne Stadiums in Mumbai.

The final game of the league stage will be between UP Warriorz and Delhi Capitals on March 21 at the Brabourne Stadium.

The Eliminator will be played on March 24 at the DY Patil Stadium and the WPL final will be held on March 26 at the Brabourne Stadium. 87 players were bought at the auction, with 30 overseas players participating in the league.
