Some Commanders met with Ron Rivera over Eric Bieniemy's intensity

Commanders coach Ron Rivera acknowledged that some Washington players were concerned about the intensity of new offensive coordinator Eric Bienemy.

Commanders coach Ron Rivera discussed the matter with him privately.

Rivera said that "they did it." When asked whether a player will have to adjust or struggle with the style of Binomi.

Rivera explained that "a lot of people came up to me and I said, 'Hey, just talk to him.' I said, 'Understand what he is trying to convey to you.'

Bienami is entering his first season with the Commanders.

His offense with the Kansas City Chiefs had become one of the more explosive organizations during his five seasons as coordinator.

He is also currently serving as the assistant head coach of Washington and is in his 25th season as an assistant in the NFL.
