Eagles' Tyrie Cleveland, Moro Ojomo carted off field after suffering neck injuries

Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver Tyree Cleveland and defensive lineman Moro Ojomo both suffered injuries during the game.

Both were carted off the field during Thursday's preseason game after suffering neck injuries.

Cleveland, a 2020 seventh-round pick, spent the past three seasons with the Denver Broncos.

Cleveland was injured in the third quarter while attempting a layup on a third-down play.

He fell awkwardly on his neck, and could barely move when he was lying on his stomach after the hard fall.

Play was halted at 7:17 of the third quarter as trainers and medical personnel attended to Cleveland.

They took him to a backboard before carrying him off the field on a cart.

In the fourth quarter, Ojomo was also carried off the field on a stretcher.
