Bengals star QB Joe Burrow sat out training camp practice due to a calf injury.

Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow suffered a right calf injury during Thursday's practice.

Joe Burrow was carried off the field after suffering a non-contact injury to his right shin.

Burrow stepped into the pocket and began running to his right.

Bengals coach Jack Taylor told reporters after practice that Burrows had a calf injury.

Burrow had already been practicing with a clear wrap around his right calf muscle.

Coach Taylor said “Just saw his calf. It was 10 minutes ago so we don't have any more information than that.

ESPN's Diana Russini reported Thursday that Burrows suffered a calf strain.

As Joe Burrows said earlier this week, "When it's done it's done."
